Last updated: July 21, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how LLMHelper.ai (“LLMHelper”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards personal information when you use LLMHelper.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

3. How We Use Information

3a. Free Trial & Subscription Billing

New accounts start with a 3-day free trial that requires a valid payment method up front. Your card is captured and stored by Stripe when you start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial period. At the end of the 3 days, your subscription automatically renews at $10 USD per month unless you cancel first. You can cancel any time from the billing page in your account, and cancellation stops future renewals. If your payment method becomes invalid before the trial ends, the subscription will be canceled and you will not be charged. We only receive and store non-sensitive billing metadata from Stripe as described in Section 2.

4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)

If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (to provide the Service), legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), consent (where required, e.g. certain communications), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI Processing Disclosure

To generate Output, we send your prompts and relevant context to third-party AI model providers, currently including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Those providers process the data under their own terms. We do not use your prompts or Output to train our own models, and we instruct providers via their APIs in ways intended to keep your data out of their model training where such controls are offered. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data, credentials, or regulated information.

6. Sharing & Subprocessors

We share personal information only with:

We do not sell your personal information.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Data Retention

We retain account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Prompts and Output are retained to power your history until you delete them or your account. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 10).

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, email privacy@llmhelper.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain uses of personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA. Categories of personal information we collect are described in Section 2, used for the purposes described in Section 3, and disclosed to the categories of recipients in Section 6.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and functional cookies to remember preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies by default.
