Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LLMHelper.ai and any related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by LLMHelper.ai (“LLMHelper”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• Service — the LLMHelper.ai website, application, and features.
• User / you — the individual accessing the Service.
• Subscription — a paid plan providing access to the Service.
• Input — information you submit to the Service, including onboarding details and prompts.
• Output — content generated by the Service in response to your Input.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@llmhelper.ai of any unauthorized access. One account per person; accounts are not transferable.

5. Free Trial, Subscription, Billing & Payment

New accounts may start with a 3-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial; your card is collected and stored by Stripe, Inc. at signup, and you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a recurring subscription of $10 USD per month at the end of the trial and renews automatically each month until canceled. If your payment method is invalid at the end of the trial, the subscription will be canceled and you will not be charged. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe's terms. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Trial availability, trial length, and prices may change on prospective notice.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right.
• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, sexually exploitative of minors, or infringing.
• Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Share your account, resell access, or use the Service to build a competing product.
• Submit personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

8. AI-Generated Output

The Service uses third-party large language model providers (currently including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google) to help generate Output. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it and for any decisions you make based on it. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise).

9. Your Content & License

You retain all rights in your Input. You grant LLMHelper a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your Input and Output solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. As between the parties and to the extent permitted by law, you own the Output generated for you, subject to the rights of the underlying model providers and the limitations of applicable intellectual property law.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, and trademarks, is owned by LLMHelper or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party processors, including payment processing, AI model providers, and cloud hosting and database infrastructure. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLMHelper and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to LLMHelper in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless LLMHelper and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your Input, your Output, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

16. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated by updating this page and, where appropriate, by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting support@llmhelper.ai. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you and LLMHelper waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. (Jurisdiction and dispute terms are placeholders; confirm with counsel.)

18. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LLMHelper regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
